About the founder
David Ndolo is a prolific multipreneur and transformational leader, driven by a passion for sustainable aquaculture, organizational excellence, and community impact. With decades of leadership experience spanning corporate finance, enterprise leadership, and social entrepreneurship, David founded Nyanam Fisheries with a clear mission: to redefine fish farming in Kenya through innovation, efficiency, and community empowerment.
Professional Experience
Board Member – Association of Alumni Communities in Kenya (2020–Present)
Provides governance oversight, strategic planning, and organizational accountability at national level.
Non-Executive Director – Optiven Group (2017–Present)
Supports strategic decisions at one of East Africa’s most trusted land-selling companies.
Chairman – Trainserve Sacco Limited (2014–Present)
Guides growth in membership, savings, and loans within the non-deposit-taking SACCO regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya.
Consultant, Strathmore Alumni Liaison Office (2006–Present)
Engages global alumni networks, oversees outreach and project management initiatives.
Founder – School-Net Kenya Limited (SNKL) (2007–Present)
Conceived and launched a model integrating employment, education, and entrepreneurship.
